About the Photographer

Yager, Dave

Dave Yager completed a BA at the University of Connecticut, an MFA at Florida State University and holds an honorary Doctor of Art and Design degree from DeMontfort University in the United Kingdom. He is a national and internationally exhibiting photographer and currently (July, 2009) holds the position as dean of the UC Santa Cruz Arts Division. Before taking the currently position as dean, Yagar was a professor at the University of Maryland as well as the founder/executive director of the Center for Art, Design and Visual Culture.
